Masato Pearls Production: Assembling Our Jewelry
Masato Pearl necklaces, pendants, and earrings are produced using some of the highest quality pearls in the world. We use the pearls to create stunning pearl jewelry, using precious metals and durable wire and clasps. Each of our pieces is color-matched and hand-strung on-site in Japan, where artisans have passed down the art of pearl farming and jeweling, maintaining the quality of their workmanship.
Masato Pearl Personalized Jewelry Produced with Quality in Mind
Our pearl strands typically come in two lengths, Princess (16 inches) or Opera (35 inches), but should you require a different length, we are happy to work with you to customize the necklace to your specifications. (An upcharge may apply to cover additional pearls.) Our necklaces are strung on stainless steel surgical-grade wire, which ensures your jewelry's durability. Whereas silk can snap or rot over time, the wire resists breakage and holds its shape as the years go by, making your strand an heirloom you can pass on to future generations. Each strand features a graduated structure, with the largest pearls toward the center of the necklace. The result is an elegant, tapered shape that drapes beautifully and has a more aesthetically-pleasing appearance. We also insert rubber rings between the back six pearls on either end of the clasp. This extra step protects the pearls from wear as you enjoy your necklace. Finally, the clasps are fashioned using an original design and made by our own expert artisans. Clasps, like our earring backs, are available in either 18 karat gold or platinum.
